Eyebrow and Purple have been on the run and in a constant state of chaos for some time now. But while they've been doing their best to simply survive in Venezuela, the Eyebrow taskforce back home is also trying to piece together whatever the hell's going on.
The thing that I'm sure is at the front of everyone's mind, especially Leo Bishop's, is that Eyebrow has a habit of creating situations that tend to get out of control. Is that about to happen again?
Let's listen in.
Last episode, we lost one of our travelling buddies, as poor old Humberto met with a most unfortunate end. Now the remaining six are pressing forward to Coronado. Will they get there? And if so, what's waiting for them?
Let's find out.
Thus far, Eyebrow, Purple and their travelling companions have avoided any further danger since fleeing Caracas. Sequestered in the Venezuelan countryside while chaos sweeps the country, how long can they hold out?
Time to find out.
Right now, Eyebrow and Purple are somewhere... God knows where... in the Venezuelan countryside, huddled in a decrepit gas station, planning an escape to a place named Coronado.
Let's listen in.
Eyebrow, Purple and their five new friends are high tailing it out of Caracas. But to where? They've heard talk of a place called Coronado, but they've got no idea what, or who, is there.
First though, they've got to escape the carnage engulfing the city, and they need to do it soon.
Let's listen in and find out how they fare.
Well, everything's gone to hell for Eyebrow and Purple in Venezuela.
Somehow, they've found themselves up to their eyeballs in a military coup, of all things. Can things possibly get worse for them?
Let's listen in to find out what the next steps are in this fiasco.
At the end of the last episode, something was not right at Rudy Ventura's villa. What had started as a seemingly unremarkable day has now suddenly become far more ominous.
Something's up for sure...
Let's listen in and find out what it is.
After our brief detour last episode, we're back on the mainline today with Eyebrow 'n Purple getting used to a life of leisure at Rudy Ventura's villa.
But is the serenity built to last? Let's listen in.
Well, today we're taking a brief break from the action with an interesting little episode that's been developing completely separately from our main storyline.
Please, settle in and enjoy.
So Eyebrow and Purple and now safely sequestered at Rudy Ventura's villa, waiting for the all clear to return home.
And PQ? They're finally free of him because he's been bundled back onto the rescheduled flight and is winging his way to Colombia, alone.
Or IS he?
Last episode, everything went off the rails and Eyebrow and Purple, as well as the very suspicious PQ, were diverted to Venezuela after an on-board emergency. But during Eyebrow's quick status update back home, the bombshell was dropped that they'd been lured there under false pretences.
Eyebrow and Purple's lives are now clearly in danger. Eyebrow knows it, but Purple doesn't yet. How are they gonna get out of this one? Listen in...
While Bishop and the rest of the Eyebrow taskforce are back at Coffee Pond trying to piece together what Eyebrow's up to, I can tell you exactly what he's doing... he's on a plane to Colombia.
Personally I think it's a ridiculous idea and Joe Purple almost... ALMOST, talked himself out of joining Eyebrow on this idiotic crusade. But he didn't, he caved, and now the two of them are walking into trouble with a capital T the moment they arrive in Colombia.
In the last episode, Leo Bishop's boss, Dennis Burnett has turned up unexpectedly, apparently with what he's calling "an Eyebrow problem".
And to add to that, it sounds like Federal agents Black and Dekker are also about to join the party, so clearly something's gone awry. We all know what, but it'll be interesting to see how close to the mark the Eyebrow taskforce is.
Let's listen in.
In the previous episode, Eyebrow and Purple have made what I think is going to be a fateful decision to accompany PQ to Colombia to meet with Santiago. But as we heard at the end of the episode, dark things are afoot in Colombia. I suspect that what's planned isn't just a "business meeting".
While all this has been happening, Leo Bishop's been back at Coffee Pond trying to piece together what the hell Eyebrow's up to.
Let's check in a see how he's going.
Last episode, Eyebrow and Purple were not only delayed at the airport, killing off any chance of them getting back home in time to meet Bishop, but in a massive escalation of the situation, they've also been told they have to go to Colombia.
Well, that's what Santiago told Eyebrow anyway. Eyebrow still hasn't broken the news to Purple yet, so there's still hope that Purple will skewer the whole plan. And if he does, he has my full backing because quite frankly, going to Colombia is a ridiculous idea.
Let's listen in to find out how it all goes once Purple hears of the plan.
Eyebrow and Purple managed to escape Purple's fans in Hyde Park, and the plan was to simply go back to the airport, rest up and then fly back home in time to meet up with Bishop on Monday.
But's something's afoot, and Eyebrow's received a message that seems to be pretty important.
Let's listen in to find out who it was from.
So Eyebrow and Purple have finally been able to secure accommodation in London for the night, at a place named The Jonmount. Seems like an OK place... nothing grand, but it'll do.
However Purple's checked in under the name "Donnie Mustang", and Eyebrow's got a strange feeling about the whole thing. Something's not quite right, and Eyebrow can't quite put his finger on it.
But it's only one night, and then they're on the way home. But there's the next problem... neither of them know that everything's gone to shit back there and that the second they step off the plane, it's game over.
Let's listen in and find out how their day plays out.
Last episode we got a bit of a sense that Eyebrow was stepping into a new world of danger, and I think that he sensed it too.
But for now, he and Purple have a night to themselves in London before returning home tomorrow. It sounded like Spaulding was familiar with the hotel Eyebrow booked, The Bloomsbury, so let's see if it lives up to the hype.
Eyebrow, Purple and PQ are on their way from the airport to visit Eyebrow's associate, Spaulding. But I had a thought in between episodes... I've been to London myself, and if they're travelling to Canary Wharf from Heathrow, that's one heck of a cab ride. This is going to be interesting to listen in to. So let's go shall we?
Well, Eyebrow, Purple and their ever present companion PQ have landed in London, but a day later than Eyebrow had planned, thanks to his tenuous grasp on world geography.
But while they're trying to navigate their way through Heathrow airport, something else is brewing back home. Something that's going to have some pretty major blowback for both Eyebrow and Purple.
Let's listen in.
