We conducted an audio interview with the artist “Shokuhin Matsuri a.k.a. Foodman”.  (Interviewer: Bruce Ikeda) who has a global fan base in the field of music called Juke and Footwork. He is also known for album releases from Hyperdub  , the UK DJ/composer Kode 9's label, and his sound has a very unique style. He talks about his creative process, inspirations, and more. Just this week, an announcement was made about the release of his new EP from Hyperdub.
