W+K Tokyo Labという革新的なレーベルプロジェクトを通じて音楽をプロデュースし、
現場で起きている文化の中に飛び込み、感じながら共に育てていった。

秘書をしながら夜はDJ、昼と夜で別の顔を持つような人たち。
多様なバックグラウンドが、オフィスの文化を豊かにしていった。

「尊重し合える場をつくる」その考えは、今もニューヨークで続いている。

Creative Director John Jay takes a deeper look at what it means to live inside culture.

The Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo office was a creative collective that truly lived culture.
Through the innovative label project W+K Tokyo Lab,
they produced music, immersed themselves in the scenes, and grew alongside the culture itself.

John looked for people with passion across disciplines —
people who could bring their outside life into their work.
A secretary who DJs at night, a designer who performs on weekends —
diverse backgrounds and energies that enriched the office culture.

“Create a place where people respect one another.”
That philosophy continues today in New York.
