Losing weight as a woman can be emotionally, mentally and physically exhausting. We often find ourselves in a never ending cycle of yo-yo dieting, overwhelmed and confused by all of the conflicting fitness and nutritional advice we come across on a near daily basis. As women we are inherently wise, we know how to lose weight but don’t why we fail time and time again. Keep Me Curvy exists to clear all of the confusion once and for all and show you how to holistically and naturally lose weight whilst still maintaining a curvy, feminine physique. This podcast is an extension of Keep Me Curvy The Feminine Weight Loss Method created by Carrissa Kai, who is also your host for the show. Like many women Carrissa had struggled with her weight since childhood, before finally reaching a point where she was clinically obese. After many failed attempts, Carrissa began to realise that losing weight as a woman was much like completing a jigsaw puzzle. Not only do you have to know where the pieces go but you also have to have all of them too. This is how Keep Me Curvy was born and why the method is so refreshingly unique. This podcast aims to give an insight into the Keep Me Curvy Method and reverse the societal conditioning that keeps many women stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting with limited weight-loss success. We will also look at how trauma is often the root cause of emotional eating and how food addiction is fuelled by the big food industry. This podcast will also discuss the specific biological, physiological and psychological needs of women who wish to lose weight quickly and permanently. In addition, Keep Me Curvy the podcast will teach women how to step into their power as creators and begin to reprogramme their subconscious minds for weight loss success through the use of manifestation techniques and self-image work.
