My podcast creates a safe, open space for women whose voices are often silenced, dismissed, or ignored. I speak with guests who bring lived experience, honesty, and courage to conversations that matter.

I’m especially interested in speaking with women who:

  • Have been bullied, cancelled, or harassed online or in their communities, and want to share their story of resilience.
  • Are “trans widows” – women whose male partners transitioned and who experienced loss, coercion, or abuse in that process.
  • Have trans-identifying family members, and are navigating the grief, isolation, or pressure to self-censor that often comes with it.
  • Want to shed light on the impact of coercive control, narcissistic abuse, and the broader culture of silencing women’s realities.

This podcast aims to amplify stories that are too often kept in the shadows — giving voice to truth-tellers, survivors, and women who have faced backlash for speaking openly.

If your experience touches on these themes and you’re ready for a thoughtful, respectful, and empowering conversation, I’d love to hear from you.

Sandie Peggie Vs NHS Fife Part 2 - the reactions, discussed by Kelly Oliver Dougall

Summary The conversation delves into the controversial case of Sandie Peggie, a nurse who faced discrimination for her gender critical beliefs in the context of a tribunal ruling regarding her employer, NHS Fife. The discussion highlights the complexities of gender identity, the implications of the tribunal's judgment, and the broader societal impact on women's rights. Legal experts weigh in on the compatibility of the ruling with existing laws, while reactions from unions and advocates underscore the ongoing debate surrounding gender and sex in public spaces. Takeaways Sandie Peggie's case highlights the tension between gender identity and women's rights. The tribunal's judgment has been criticized for its implications on women's safety. Legal experts argue that the ruling contradicts previous Supreme Court decisions. The concept of gender identity remains contentious and poorly defined in legal contexts. There is a growing concern about the impact of transgender ideology on women's rights. The ruling suggests new criteria for access to female-only spaces based on appearance and transition status. Many believe that the judgment places the burden of objection on women in compromising situations. The conversation reflects a broader societal debate about sex, gender, and rights. Support for Sandie Peggie is strong among various unions and advocates for women's rights. The discussion calls for more awareness and dialogue about the implications of transgender policies.
