This podcast is about a friend of mine from High School and has one hell of a story. Challo tells his story from being born and the struggles he had to face throughout his life. He then got a breakthrough and established himself but then his house got burnt and he had to start again. You would think he would give up but hiyo haiko kwa kitabu yake.
His story is the type of story that every youth trying should listen to and the motivation to hustle more and more✨.

I've heard stories about our girls in Kenya and their suffering from period shaming. Mary Anne, our guest, has been championing this initiative by going to schools and offering girls pads and encouraging them not to be afraid. She has also been including the boys in the conversation, encouraging them to be ready to help their female counterparts. We also discuss our growing experiences, including our first experiences in wet dreams and menstruation.
