As a parent coach, my passion for supporting families stems from my personal experience raising a teenage daughter who battled with depression. Witnessing her struggles ignited within me a deep reservoir of empathy, understanding, and a fierce determination to help her—and others like her—find their way through the darkness.  Throughout those trying times, I realized the crucial role that parents play in the mental health and well-being of their children. It was through this transformative experience that I found my purpose in empowering parents to navigate their own children’s mental health challenges with compassion and strength.
