Recently, our host, Kylie, experienced one of her worst, most anxiety-inducing traumatic events that spun her in a tailspin with worry, fear and uncertainty. As a result, she began speaking to her psychiatrist about why that was and what it told her about her own coping mechanisms.
She was baffled at what she found and thought it was due time to share her experience with others. This episode is humbling, deeply vulnerable, and based in scientific research, experimentation, psychiatrist discussions, and personal experiences.

Today, our host, Kylie, takes us through her perspective on delusional confidence. She'll talk about how she utilizes it in her daily life, corporate career and in rooms she's invited into to make an impact, show immediate value and build relationships.
Do you have delusional confidence? If so, how has it helped, or hurt you?
In this unique episode, Kylie explores the topic of friendships in the digital age by answering questions from listeners, Instagram followers and Reddit users.
She encourages honest communication and reciprocity in friendships and shares her insights on emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
These are some questions that people wish their friends would answer honestly for them in their friendship: 1. What makes me different than your other friends? 2. What is a harsh truth about my character as a person? 3. At what point am I the draining friend and not the supportive one? 4. How do you know when you've outgrown a friendship versus just being avoidant?
Kylie provides her unique take on these questions by dissecting the root of where each question likely came from, why these questions are arising in your friendships at all, and how to move forward.
This episode explores the "friendship recession"—the decline in close, intimate friendships, particularly among women in their thirties. We discuss the societal pressures and life changes that contribute to this phenomenon and provide a thoughtful guide to maintaining connection. Learn how to be more intentional with your friendships, identify and navigate unhealthy dynamics, and cultivate a supportive social circle that aligns with your current stage of life.

Kylie is a mom of two and is contemplating whether or not to have a third child. She shares her thoughts and fears surrounding this decision, including concerns about her physical appearance, her current family dynamic, and her desire to maintain her own personal and creative pursuits.
She gets vulnerable here, sharing her truth and considerations against this massive decision. And she's curious for your thoughts as well!
Today's episode discusses the concept of manifestation and how to balance it with living in the present moment.
Kylie shares her own personal struggles with staying present and focusing on the future, and how she has been working on maintaining discipline and consistency in her life. She also talks about the importance of manifesting for yourself and others, and how teaching children about manifestation can be beneficial for their future.
Manifestation is the practice of using your thoughts, feelings and beliefs to create your reality. Staying present means being fully aware of and accepting of your current moment without judgment. To manifest while staying present, focus on what you have and what you want rather than what you don't have.
This episode is a must listen for anyone who wants to manifest - but finds themselves overly focused on the "I want" versus the "I feel," and how to balance the two.

Kylie encourages all listeners to embrace their age and all they have accomplished so far and offers tips for feeling confident and successful.

The 3 P's are what you're learning today on Kylie Says. What are the three P's? You'll have to listen in to find out!
Kylie is convinced that the people that show up with positive attitudes, hopefulness, and a positive aura are those that have truly gone THROUGH it - they know how bad it can feel to feel bad - and they won't accept that for themselves anymore. They care about themselves too much. They value their sanity too much to allow themselves to be any other way than positive, hopeful, and fulfilled.
Positivity is a choice; a powerful one. And today's episode dives in to Kylie's take for how to reach this state, why it's important, and how to be an active participant in your own journey to fulfillment.

Welcome to Kylie Says!
In this episode, Kylie covers a lot of ground. Some might say rambling, some might say critical to women in their mid-30s who typically avoid some topics of evolution (both sexual and otherwise), societal standards, and controversial topics and what success looks like.
She covers her recent assessment of the book, All Fours, and the drama surrounding Remi Bader's weight loss surgery as two trending examples - coupled by the challenges that millennials have faced coming into motherhood and womenhood in general, largely a result of their upbringing during multiple recessions, raising children in a global pandemic, becoming young women during the terrorist attacks in 2001, and more.
This episode will make you feel as if you're talking to your best friend, and that's the entire intent! Tune in, get comfortable, and prepared to feel connected and understood in this episode.

On today's episode, Kylie covers the idea of romanticizing your life. Romanticizing your life means intentionally creating a story or vision for how you want to show up in your daily life. This can involve daydreaming, visualizing, and implementing actions to make that vision a reality. Some tips for romanticizing your life include thinking of the story, practicing and visualizing, acting on it, and being able to adapt and change as needed. Additionally, paying attention to details such as your surroundings and how you present yourself can also contribute to a more romanticized: Romanticizing is the act of making something seem more exciting and appealing in your mind. It can be applied to any aspect of your life, from mundane tasks like laundry to professional tasks like presentations. This doesn't mean that there's no discipline in the home, but, it does shed a light on a new perspective in dealing with toddler outbursts that may prove helpful the next time your little one chooses to show you an attitude - and be a great teaching moment.
