This college football preview takes a look at the University of Delaware Blue Hens who are embarking on a historic campaign - this will be Delaware's first season competing at the FBS level after decades as an FCS power. The Blue Hens are now a member of Conference USA and their non conference slate includes visits to Colorado and Wake Forest.
