In this episode the ladies dive into image and values! We share some hard truths about talking to our daughters about who they are!  

Connecting with our daughters is one of the things that we, collectively, have found to be a challenge.  Having daughters ranging from ages 1 to age 21, we sat down and discussed how we manage to intentionally make time to connect with each of our daughters in unique ways that speak to their love languages.  For some, it's a trip to the grocery store, for others it's getting nails done together, and for another child it's doing creative projects with them. :-)

Today's episode is all about the love!  Ladies how do you show yourself love and equally as important teach your daughters to love themselves?  Listen as we share our experiences and how we are still growing in this area!

Challenge:  Write short love notes to yourself on sticky notes and put them in the areas that you visit the most!  If your daughter can't write her own notes, write her love notes as well and put them on her mirror to see when she wakes up. :-)

All three of us grew up with lots of family, friends, church goers, and community. When we relocated, one thing we all have in common, was the need for a village.  In this episode we share why it was so important to build a village, how we built our villages, and some personal stories about the journey.  At the end, there's even a few tips on how you can start to build your village.
