This morning, we were called to recognize and confidently walk in the divine authority (“Exousia”) given by God through Christ, with an emphasis that true spiritual power is rooted in humility, compassion, and total dependence on the Father’s will. Walking through the book of Matthew and drawing from the life and teachings of Jesus, we were challenged to reject self-serving authority and instead use our God-given right and might to serve others, confront spiritual opposition, and bring healing and deliverance. This message urged us to embrace sacrifice, deny ourselves, and boldly act in faith—knowing that our authority is meant to build up others, advance God’s kingdom, and make disciples who display the same heavenly authority, all while trusting that God will equip, strengthen, and be present with us as we go.

The urgency to act, forgive, and encourage one another is rooted in the knowledge that the day of Christ’s return is near, and our deeds will echo into eternity. Let us rise with joy, steadfastness, and a heart of repentance, shining as beacons of hope in a world that desperately needs the light of God.
