LEAD YOUR HOMESCHOOL CO-OP | Community Building, Servant Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Policies and Procedures
Episode 128: More Than You Know: The Impact of Faithful Leading
Happy New Year, friends! This season is often filled with fresh goals and inspiration—but it can also feel heavy and uncertain. As we look back on the past year, it’s easy to wonder whether our efforts really mattered. In these darkest days of winter, optimism can feel hard to come by. If you’re feeling doubtful about your work as a leader, take heart: your Father in Heaven sees your faithfulness, and your efforts matter to Him. We have been created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do (Eph 2:10) "He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God" Micah 6:8 Hebrews 6:10 “God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.” Next Steps:  Schedule a coaching call:  https://homeschoolcommunitybuilders.com/ Join our Facebook group- Lead Your Homeschool Co-op https://www.facebook.com/groups/72507320516066 Become a Lead Your Homeschool Co-op Insider and get first dibs on valuable resources to help you lead, organize, and connect your community.  https://homeschoolcommunitybuilders.com/contact/

Episode 123: How to Maintain Your Vision in a Busy Season
Today, we’re going to talk about how to regain clarity and confidence while leading in busy seasons of life! We know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re managing the responsibilities of life, handling growth, and trying to maintain a common vision all at the same time. Not to mention trying to stay on top of homeschooling your own kids! That’s exactly why we put together three things you can do right now to strengthen your focus and lead with peace. Your vision matters, and having laser focus is what keeps your community healthy — especially when things feel chaotic. Bible Verse: John 15:4  Remain in me, as I also remain in you.
