You can find the grammar points used in this episode, along with the full transcript, below in the description.

This episode features a story designed for A1 beginner-level Japanese learners. The sentences use the です/ます form, and verbs appear only in the ます form. After listening to the story once, try answering some comprehension questions to check your understanding. Following the questions, I explain some potentially difficult words. Finally, you will hear the story again.

To make your learning more effective, don't just listen repeatedly—try reading aloud with subtitles or practicing shadowing. This podcast also includes a video with subtitles, and you can find the full transcript in the episode description.

Feel free to leave your thoughts in Japanese in the comments!
