I recently had an amazing time catching up with my cousins Ryder & Sawyer, and their friend—now brother—Vlad!
We spent the day talking about life, working out, martial arts, and their dreams of becoming professional basketball players!
It was inspiring to hear their ambitions and share advice along the way.
We capped off the day with a bodybuilding compound workout session, some boxing, and an incredible exchange of ideas! 💡
I had the chance to coach Vlad in boxing and was blown away by his natural talent and raw power!
His dedication and drive are undeniable!
We also had an honest and open conversation about performance-enhancing drugs, emphasizing the importance of making informed and responsible choices!
It’s humbling to know that I’ve played a role in their journey!
They told me that my influence inspired them to pursue martial arts, and because of that, they earned their black belts at a young age!
Hearing that meant the world to me!
Vlad’s journey is equally inspiring—he came to the U.S. from Ukraine to live with my cousins, who are helping him chase his basketball dreams!
It’s a beautiful reminder that family isn’t always about blood—it’s about love, support, and shared purpose!
We also touched on my lack of connection with biological relatives, and I shared how I’ve found happiness in my life as it is!
Family is what you build, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the people around me!
To end, I reminded them—and myself—that life is about kindness!
We talked about how being good to others, even in small ways, can make a lasting impact!
These boys look up to me, which I greatly appreciate, and I’m so proud of them!
I appreciate them more than words can express and love them like my own!
