In this episode i discuss the subtle signs of secret abuse most people ignore/miss and the disadvantages of staying in such toxic situations for a long time. Whether you're in a relationship, marriage, friendship, career, institution or job, you should always be vigilant and look out for these signs, if you notice them, leave! Don't linger for a moment longer. Toxic relationships/situations can chip away at the best part of your life leaving you confused, filled with guilt/shame, feeling like a failure and completely depleted. I share some of my own experiences and stories and hope it helps you feel seen and les alone.
