Life Notes is a voice-note–style podcast for thoughtful people in the middle of figuring things out about themselves, their relationships, and what really matters.
Hosted by Megan Marie, Life Notes offers short, honest reflections that feel more like a voice memo to a friend than a performance. These are the things that don’t make it to Instagram. The unfiltered thoughts, soft questions, and little bits of clarity that show up while brushing your teeth, walking to the coffee shop, or sitting in the sun.
It’s for the ones who feel deeply, who overthink everything, who are learning to trust themselves again. For the ones outgrowing old versions of themselves and soft-launching new ones. For anyone craving a moment of quiet honesty in a loud world.
There’s no theme music or polished advice. It’s just a place to slow down and listen in. Always raw and always real.

Welcome to Life Notes, the first voice memo from me to you.
In this episode, I talk about why I created this podcast. I share the messy thoughts I keep in my Notes app, the little reflections that never make it to Instagram, and my desire to share more honestly, without pressure or performance.
I explain how the name came to be, what life notes mean to me, and why this space matters. I recorded this episode from my bedroom, with Mango (my orange cat) purring in the background, because that’s where I feel most like myself. That’s also the feeling I want to bring here.
In this episode:• Why I created Life Notes and what to expect• How my Notes app became a reflection of my inner life• The importance of questioning what you believe and letting yourself grow• A desire for presence, softness, and self-trust
If this episode brought something up for you, or if you're in a season where you're craving space to think, feel, or reconnect with yourself, I offer one-on-one integrative counseling sessions. This work is about slowing down, being seen, and exploring what's true for you. You're not meant to figure it all out alone. If you want a space to land and reflect, you can learn more or reach out here: https://www.iammeganmarie.com/
If this episode resonated, I’d love for you to subscribe, leave a review, or share it with someone who might need it. New episodes coming soon.
