Invoking The Trinity

Today’s Scripture:

1 Kings 18:33-34

He arranged the wood, cut the bull into pieces and laid it on the wood. Then he said to them, “Fill four large jars with water and pour it on the offering and on the wood.” “Do it again,” he said, and they did it again. “Do it a third time,” he ordered, and they did it the third time.

Elijah invoked the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit by having them pour water upon the sacrifice. He was simply ensuring that the Trinity would be present to respond by fire because the Holy Spirit had to be present, and we know water represents the Holy Spirit in the scripture.

By the pouring of the water three times he was simply representing the presence of the Holy Spirit. He did this so that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit would be present. We must come before the Father through the Son in the Holy Spirit so that God can respond. Elijah poured the water upon the sacrifice three times so that it would be effective, guaranteeing that the Spirit of God would move.

Our Prayer Altars are being rebuilt and we must invoke the Trinity, all of God, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is present. Our prayers are a sweet fragrance before God. We must invoke the Trinity. Family, don’t miss the order, you must acknowledge the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God will respond, we would love to hear from you this week.
