Taxidermy, Travel Chaos, and My Midlife Betrayal List

In this week’s episode, I’m recording solo from my Florida home while my husband is back in Illinois for deer season — which somehow spiraled into a chat about the viral reel that took over my Instagram this week.

You know the one — the George Michael audio that starts out all dreamy and sexy before crashing into chaos while I pan over to the deer and elk heads on our wall. The internet had thoughts. Let’s just say the men are yelling “He lives there too!” while the women are calling for divorce. And the worst part? Over a million people have now seen my misspelled word. “Aesthetic” without the A. I’ll never recover. 😂

But all that nonsense got me thinking about what else midlife has “betrayed” me with — from metabolism to memory — so I’m sharing my own Midlife Betrayal List in this episode.

I also give a little life update on my kids traveling this weekend (spoiler: the media made it sound way worse than it was) and wrap up with details on my next 21-Day Reset, kicking off December 1.
