This 15 minute yoga practice begins in bed and ends standing. It requires no props, though a pillow can be helpful to place under your knee in the supine twist. To prepare, remove your pillow from under your head and position it within reach along the left side of your body. This gentle practice will leave you refreshed and ready to start your day.
