However, a person should have a list of their needs to discuss with that potential partner so that they will know what to expect and what is to be expected. After a little hiatus, Mel and Keith are finally back and Love “n” Metal is in full swing. They kick off the episode with some additional rebranding news and quickly share their recent trip to West Virginia. They move into their first series, yes, you heard that right, series! Finally. They will be discussing topics that all relationships (new and old) should have often. They briefly introduce the first few topics, but will be spending time over the next few episodes looking at each one more closely.

Mel and Keith are back at it this week with their continued discussion on the enneagram personality test and how it relates to relationship compatibility. They finish up with a heated discussion about chicken and Mel finally learns there are really not small chickens.

The crazy people are back and they are not talking about movies this week. They are moving on like Ryan Reynolds should have done in The Proposal. This week Mel and Keith start digging into personality tests. They start by looking at the Enneagram Test. They dig into the validity and the overall concept of it, with a few rabbit trails of there own making. However, in the beginning they test out a new segment. “What the Fuck is this?” This episode they talk about an article that correlates Heavy Metal Music to Obesity. What the Fuck?!
Mel and Keith are back with another movie episode as they finish out their “still don’t do series” series. This week, they chose a pick from their Instagram page (Thanks, Sarah for the suggestion!), The Proposal. Not a traditional start to a relationship, but Mel and Keith talk about how the relationship progresses for this cute romantic comedy. As always, you never know what sidetracks these two take or what kind of nonsense Mel is spilling.
Mel and Keith sit down with three of the four members of the band, Cevilain, a heavy hitting metal band from our friends to the North. With the band’s hilarious stories and everyone geeking out to all things music and Star Wars, this episode is jam packed with entertainment. Mel and Keith even throw them a few Rock It or Block it questions to tie everything together.

Mel and Keith are once again looking at another movie and this week’s episode was the girl’s pick, A Star is Born. Grab the tissues cause there is no way to get through this one without them! Mel definitely second guessed her pick about halfway through the movie. But they wiped their tears and look at this relationship which is different than a lot of the other movie choices. Mel and Keith have a in depth conversation about this one.
Mel and Keith are once again looking at another movie and this week’s episode was the boy’s pick, Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Plenty of discussion was had about this non-traditional spicy relationship between Jane and John Smith. It brought out Mel and Keith’s inner spy as they looked at the relationship and talked about ways in which this sexy duos’ marriage might not be as far fetched as we all think. As always, there are the usual highjinx with every episode cause you always can count on Mel to take it back to middle school.
Mel and Keith are back from a week of road trippin’. Due to the busy nature of the time away they did not do their homework and will be in timeout. However, they do talk about traveling as a couple and what makes a good or bad travel partner, well at least in their opinion. They also share a few highlights and some things they rather forget about there week long adventure driving 3500 miles.
Mel and Keith are back in their movie seats for this week’s Cinematic Conversation. This week’s episode has them discussing the twisted movie of American Beauty. They talk about the main relationship in the movie and all its dysfunctional gloriousness. They also throw in a challenge amongst themselves regarding who is a better driver. They explore all of the relationships in the film and provide their thoughts and ideas on how they relate to their own relationship too.
Mel and Keith are closing out the “This is not a series” series with a closer look at their last two relationship myths for their Breaking Barriers topics. They mix them up together and share their thoughts on whether you really can find the perfect person for you and does your partner really complete you. Keith breaks down the infamous “You Complete Me” scene from a popular movie. Does your partner complete you or compliment you? Does the perfect partner really exist? No episode is ever complete without Mel going into full trash mode once Keith mentions two halves and a whole. Would you expect anything else really?
