In this episode, I talk to Dami Adeoye, aka MrDamention about being born to Nigerian parents, in the UK, and working in America. MrDamention is a melting pot of cultural and general experiences, being partly raised by his post WW1 grandmother and his late era baby boomer mother, while working closely with Millennials, Gen Xs and other generations. We discussed what it means to wear different hats with different people.

In this episode I talk to Chidi Anyalechi and Victor Lofinmakin, both investors in real estate. Chidi leans on the residential side with duplexes etc., while Victor transitioned from residential real estate to commercial (office buildings/retail). Chidi also has a day job as a mortgage underwriter, while Victor is a Realtor, Broker, owns a Mortgage Company, amongst other sub-business within the real estate industry.
