Hello! Audrey and I became friends at the fitness studio where we both teach. We became good friends when we found out we were pregnant/ due around the same time. Then, we became great friends when we ended up having our babies on the exact same day! I am blessed with two children and Audrey has her baby boy. We love our babies, but, motherhood can be hard. We found our chats to be cathartic, so we wanted to share our stories with you. Come share laughs, smiles, and peace, and maybe some tears, too. Our stories are unique but our situations don't have to be. We are both growing with you.

Welcome to our podcast!

Today I am working solo, BUT I know you will really enjoy this episode.

We have a very special guest today, Luciana Kano-Wilson. She is a dentist in Columbus, Indiana, a mother of 3 AND my oldest sister! She has been a mother figure for me my entire life as she is 9 years older than me. The things I am going through now, she has gone through it and has been willing to impart her infinite wisdom to me. As a business owner, she has juggled the working mom life as a PRO and I am so proud to be her sister.

In this episode, we touch on what it feels like to be a working mama, juggling guilt, finding our identity, and looking forward to what is ahead. There is hope, ladies, there is hope for us all. I know this one is an hour long, so if you want to break up the listening into 2 or 3 session, I totally understand. I just felt that it was too good of a conversation to take apart.
