So glad you are here to join us. We are continuing our conversation from last week about our body image. We talked about our mindset before pregnancy and during pregnancy, and today we finish out our topic with how we are still dealing with it after birth, even a year later. We know this subject can be a sore one for many ladies as we try to fit into what society deems as an acceptable body image. We hope that we can remind you that you are not alone, and that you are beautiful however you are. Take care of yourself, the weight will come off when it can, and be healthy and happy for your baby.
