Mama, You're okay

Hello! Audrey and I became friends at the fitness studio where we both teach. We became good friends when we found out we were pregnant/ due around the same time. Then, we became great friends when we ended up having our babies on the exact same day! I am blessed with two children and Audrey has her baby boy. We love our babies, but, motherhood can be hard. We found our chats to be cathartic, so we wanted to share our stories with you. Come share laughs, smiles, and peace, and maybe some tears, too. Our stories are unique but our situations don't have to be. We are both growing with you.

Mama, you'll be okay through an ectopic pregnancy MYO Ep 4

Disclaimer: This episode may contain a topic that can be triggering to some who have experienced ectopic pregnancy. If this is a topic that is upsetting to you, please feel free to skip and listen to our other podcasts. The podcast is a personal account of my experience and does not consist of medical diagnosis for all. If you are having pain or bleeding during your pregnancy, please contact your OB-GYN or family physician immediately.

Hello to all and welcome!

Thank you so much for joining us again in our podcast journey. We love doing this and sharing our stories with each and every one of you.

This week's episode can be on the heavier side. This is my, Ilyana's, personal account of her experience through an ectopic pregnancy. Before experiencing it myself, I had little to no understanding of what ectopic pregnancy was. It was a rude awakening to the realities of pregnancies and the things women go through sometimes.

I hope my story doesn't scare you or instill a sense of dread to anyone, but maybe open doors of comfort in knowing that you are not alone. If you need a friend to talk things through, I am here for you. And, sometimes, all you can do is let yourself feel the hard feels and heal from it.

With much love,

Ilyana and Audrey
