Hi everyone!
We made it to 10 episodes!! Woohoo. You all are awesome for following us for this long. Thank you for being part of our journey. We couldn't be more appreciative of your support and listens.
Today's episode is a good one as we talk about our feeding journeys with our babies. All the time, we are judged by how or how not to feed our babies. In our humble mom experienced, we are here to tell you "Fed is Best". That means, however you are able to feed your baby, whether it is breastfed, pumped, or formula, you are doing your best to keep your baby fed and alive. Way to go mamas!. Audrey and I have very different experiences. Our experiences are not here to dictate whether you are doing yours right or wrong; however, we hope that it can shed some light on our differences and maybe give you comfort in knowing you are not alone. Plus, if you need to know things about breast pumping, I am here for you!
We also wanted to share some links with you in regards to what we talked about in the podcast.
First, Hakka. Best. Tool. EVER. Found this on amazon. Great for when your are breastfeeding on one side and you want to catch the let down on the other side.

Second, Kellymom. This is the website my pediatrician recommended I read that has some great research based information on feeding babies and more. I got a lot of insight from this place about the amount I should be feeding and how long I should be pumping.
