Hello! Audrey and I became friends at the fitness studio where we both teach. We became good friends when we found out we were pregnant/ due around the same time. Then, we became great friends when we ended up having our babies on the exact same day! I am blessed with two children and Audrey has her baby boy. We love our babies, but, motherhood can be hard. We found our chats to be cathartic, so we wanted to share our stories with you. Come share laughs, smiles, and peace, and maybe some tears, too. Our stories are unique but our situations don't have to be. We are both growing with you.

Hello everyone!

Happy mother's day to you all. Thank you for joining us on this very special episode of Mama, you're okay podcast. We wanted to do a no-script, fun and chill episode where we let you all in on who we are. My students at the tech school helped me create this list of questions, ranging from motherhood, facts about us, and silly questions. These were so much fun to answer, as you will hear, and hopefully it will make you laugh as well.
