In this episode, Morgan and Madeline revisit the fundamentals of manifesting. They take a deep dive into what it means to manifest and share the action steps required to make your dreams a reality.
The first step is to get clear on who you are so you can get clear on what you want. This step requires you to identify your core values, so moving forward you can ensure you’re calling in aligned manifestations.
Once you are clear on your Truth, you can craft a detailed list of every aspect of your dream life and everything you wish to manifest.
The final step is to reprogram your subconscious mind to ensure you’re mentally aligned with your manifestations. Morgan and Madeline share powerful tools to master this step in the episode.

In this episode, Morgan and Madeline share their manifesting stories from 2021. They open up about their struggles and wins, and discuss the major lessons they learned from their challenging year.
Here are some highlights ⬇️
➖ Manifesting isn’t always rainbows and sunshine. Sometimes we go through hardship to push us back on our aligned path. The farther we stray from the path that leads us to what we are calling in/manifesting, the harder we are pushed to get back on track.
➖ Hearing and following your inner voice (aka. intuition, gut), is critical for navigating troubled waters.
➖ Hardships strengthen our ability to relate with and connect with others. They can help us develop compassion for ourselves and others, especially with mental health, grief, and other major struggles we humans experience.
➖ When you are experiencing depression or are in a low point energetically and you feel any semblance of a calling to do something that actually lights you up, just do it. Savor the little moments where the light still shines in your life. These little moments will compound and eventually lift your vibrational baseline to a higher frequency.
➖ Acceptance is the key to relief
Additional Show notes:
Morgan and Madeline discuss the code word they share with each to communicate when they are having a hard day: “Toothbrush.” They send each other the 🪥 emoji to say “the best I can do today is brush my teeth.”

In this episode, we discuss a different perspective on human relationships: relationships as mirrors.
We begin by explaining how each person we encounter in life may act as a mirror and also an opportunity for growth and healing. We reference the law of attraction, shadow, triggers, and other concepts we addressed in previous episodes to illustrate the relationship-mirror concept.
Madeline shares her powerful perspective about the parent-child relationship mirror and we discuss mindful parenting from this perspective. We also discuss other ways familial relationships act as mirrors with the “black sheep” of the family.

We also share real-life examples and our personal experiences with tests and triggers and explain how we use both as tools for healing and up-leveling.
The conversation about Tests begins with an excellent metaphor using McDonalds that we know you will love! ➡️ Let’s say you’re working on manifesting a steak dinner… Do you settle for McDonalds because it’s the most convenient, or do you hold out for OutBack Steakhouse? Maybe you’re even aspiring for the best fine dining at a steakhouse like Ruth’s Chris. Despite constantly longing for that fine steak dinner, you keep settling for McDonalds. In this episode we explain why!
We also share a moving interview with Darren Deese (@DarrenDeeseMusic) who shares his incredibly beautiful, inspiring, and honest Covid Up-level Testimony. (FYI- You may need a tissue for this one).
