Transcendence Meditation is a secular, sound-based practice.
It’s not about concentration, visualization, or belief.
It’s about allowing — a return from doing to being.
As you rest your awareness on a neutral sound, thoughts, memories, and emotions may appear. Instead of resisting them, simply return — softly — to the sound.
This is how you transcend: not by rising above life, but by resting fully within it.
