Richard A. Kelley joined the Oklahoma City Fire Department in 1991 and was appointed Fire Chief in September 2017.  He promoted through the ranks in suppression and also held the positions Special Operations Coordinator, Technical Rescue Station Officer, Ride-out Officer, Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief of Support Services and Deputy Chief of Operations.

Tom LaBelle is the Chief of the Prince William County Fire and Rescue System (PWCFRS) with over 30 years of service in Fire and Emergency Services. In his role as Chief, he oversees the PWCFRS which is comprised of over 750 career and 200 volunteer personnel.

Eric Daun is the president of Milwaukee Professional Firefighters Local 215 and has been with the MilwaukeeFire Department for 11 years. He’s been involved in the union in multiple facets for the past 8 years, holding multiple positions on Executive Board. Eric has been the president of Local 215 for the past 3 years.

Chief Lipski has served the City of Milwaukee for over 25 years. Joining the Milwaukee Fire Department in 1997 (in the same recruit class as his older brother, Daniel), and is a 4th generation Milwaukee Firefighter and Milwaukee resident. Chief Lipski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, minoring in Africology, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
