Do you ever feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, like you’re doing it wrong, unsure of how to prioritize your health, or stuck in cycles of stress and burnout? Are you ready to embrace a healthier, more balanced life that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit? I’m Jacquie and I’m glad you’re here at Health Walk, A women’s journey toward holistic health. I was once stuck in the cycle of chronic stress and burnout. I was an anxious hot mess trying to keep up with the societal pressures of being a perfect woman and always feeling like I was failing, and also afraid to show fear or ask for help. After hospitalization due to illness, Chronic stress, dehydration, and more I decided to learn about this beautiful body God created. I got my degree in health sciences, got my integrated nutrition health certification, and leaned into what God says about me, I figured some things out. I’m here to share everything I know and continue to learn about the holistic journey, the tips, the tools, and the resources to become whole and well.
