We have heard the quote “it takes a village to raise a child” but we have surely realised the importance of community and supportive network of family and friends. the fundamental need for Community is the backbone that holds our Species survival and success throughout millenniums , which has lead to the building infrastructure for healthy living conditions. Theres is an increasingly alarming rate of mental health issues inline with how long the pandemic has gone on for. Now more than ever we need to admit that we need each other in order to maintain the fabric of what we hold dear to our hearts.
