Most of us spending the majority of our lives rejecting the negative/dark/ugly sides of us. Not realising that doing so makes us terrible partners, lovers, friends and colleagues.


In this episode Lorraine recounts a dream she had that helped her process her own dark side and embrace this. She shares with you all the lessons she learnt from that experience and invites you to reflect on your own journey.

About Mindhacker Club

The idea for Mindhacker Club came to Lorraine at a time when she was beginning to realise that she needed to work on her thoughts. She had fallen into a negative thinking pattern where she would expect only the worst from people and life. This had become deeply ingrained in her due to her previous struggles with depression, c-ptsd, eating disorders and other traumatic experiences including sexual assault and childhood abandonment. Through practices such as daily gratitude journaling, meditation, scripture readings, to name but a few – Lorraine began to heal her mind and thoughts. Lorraine is still on this journey and invites you to be on your own journey with her.
