About Mindhacker Club

The idea for Mindhacker Club came to Lorraine at a time when she was beginning to realise that she needed to work on her thoughts. She had fallen into a negative thinking pattern where she would expect only the worst from people and life. This had become deeply ingrained in her due to her previous struggles with depression, c-ptsd, eating disorders and other traumatic experiences including sexual assault and childhood abandonment. Through practices such as daily gratitude journaling, meditation, scripture readings, to name but a few – Lorraine began to heal her mind and thoughts. Lorraine is still on this journey and invites you to be on your own journey with her.

Do you want Lorraine to speak at your invite or be part of your event? Lorraine has public speaking experience ranging from moderating a panel of high profile panelists in front of over 300 people, moderating a 3 day event sponsored by the European Comission and being a keynote speaker in a room of over 120 people. Additionally, Lorraine has experience of moderating events like LinkedIn live events. With Lorraine, you can be sure that you are getting an eloquent speaker who knows how to drive conversations. That’s because Lorraine has the right training for communication through her BA (Hons) Acting training. Moreover, Lorraine has been a podcast host on a wildly successful weekly podcast for the last year and a half.
