A note from your host, Surabhi Veitch: I’m so excited to start my brand new podcast, Mom Strength. When I became a new mom, my world was so shook. I had no idea what I was in for. I didn’t know how to navigate my physical symptoms, or how to navigate movement in my new body. And this was on top of all the mental and emotional changes as a new mom!
