Send us a text We give thanks not because every situation is good, but because Christ is with us in every situation. Gratitude flows from trusting God in all circumstances.
Send us a text Thanksgiving begins by recognizing that every good thing we enjoy comes from the unchanging hand of God. Gratitude grows when we see the Giver behind every gift.
Send us a text Scripture tells the story of a God who draws near to His people. From God’s promise to Moses—“My presence will go with you”—to Jesus’ assurance that He is with us always, the nearness of God is the believer’s rest and confidence. Revelation 21:3 shows where the story is headed: God dwelling with His people forever. When we behold His presence now, we taste the glory that is coming, and worship becomes an anticipation of the day when faith becomes sight.
Send us a text God’s love is revealed most clearly at the cross. In 1 John 4:9–10 and Romans 5:8, Scripture shows us that God loved us when we were sinners, sending His Son to die in our place. This sacrificial, initiating love melts our pride and awakens true worship. When we behold the wonder of being loved by God, our hearts are stirred toward humility, gratitude, and deeper devotion.

In Ephesians 2:4–7, the hope-filled words “But God…” reveal the Father’s rich mercy toward those dead in sin—making us alive with Christ, raising us, and seating us with Him. Psalm 103 echoes this mercy, showing a God who removes our sins as far as the east is from the west and remembers our frailty. When we behold such mercy, guilt turns to gratitude and fear gives way to freedom. We no longer strive to earn God’s favor; we rest ...

Send us a text James 5:17–20 reminds us that Elijah, though human like us, prayed with great faith and God answered.
