This week we discussed our personal traditions and cultures. We reflect and discuss the traditions from our childhood and the ones we're taking forward (plus any new ones!) with our families. We also discuss our cultural identities and the role it plays in how we raise our daughters taking into account the past, present and the future.

This week we looked back at our expectations of pregnancy, labour and postpartum. We discuss how we expected to feel during pregnancy, what we expected our labour to be like and how that 4th trimester crept up on us... Spoiler alert: Nothing went to plan! We tackle these serious topics with our usual humour, banter and end with gratitude on where we are now and the sisterhood that emerged in that 4th trimester.

The Week We Became Main Characters... Again!
This week we ask ourselves, "how would you describe yourself pre & post motherhood" and the answers definitely gave us food for thought. From asserting that our entire personalities don't revolve around our toddler bosses, and discussing possible self-care activities, we rediscover and reaffirm who Lola, Dolly and Melanie are (aside from mothers!)
