However, when they run out of fuel, they can no longer sustain the fusion reaction, leading to their death. If a star is massive enough, it will explode in a supernova, leaving behind a core made up of iron and heavier metals. This core can collapse under its own weight, forming a singularity, which is an infinitesimally small point with an enormous amount of mass. The singularity curves space-time, creating a black hole from which nothing can escape.

Hello Hello Hello! Welcome to the NOMT podcast! I am your delusional host Edith Ivhay Rosenblat!
I am so excited to be here Today! Tonights episode misunderstandings is actually how I believe I spent the first part of my life! Here is what I learned about my misunderstanding people-Its a choice- I know! I thought people actively new when they were "Creating drama" in their arena of life. I believed my triggers were the responsibility of the person triggering me.
Welp I am here to say in the 3 seasons of this podcast and all the lovely people who have been on it they all have Taught me I have more control than I believe I do when it comes To me. In fact when someone is talking to me. I make sure I say my mantra to myself.
You do not owe me and I do not owe you! This means if they say something and it doesn't vibe with me or who I am as a person then I walk away. I do not attach my meaning to their words and do not give them a chance to misunderstand me. I have a choice on how I react to the words which are being said and how I feel about them.
As a child I didn't understand words like adults understand words. When my mother scolded me constantly for being a child and doing childish things I didn't react. As I grew older and started to undestand words and what they meant I still didn't undestand a lot of people attach their belief to word which are said and react accordingly. I am autistic and have adhd and think very logically most times. I would say things I thought o be benign were in fact triggering o some and ended friendships which were years long. I have been misunderstood my whole life however now I believe I am being understood by people. I use expressions like goddess instead of maam or good human instead of sir. I do this because they are positve words of expression. When I say them the person hearing them on the on the other end responds in a positive way instead of when I say Maam or Sir the response is "Don't call me sir, Don't call me Maam". Then the conversation is more likely to take a negative turn.
I would rather be mindful and learn to understand a person then misunderstand them. I want to know the person I am talking to in a positive light and in their space.
Like I said in the beginning when I started this podcast you do no owe me and I do not owe you.
This is Edith

Hello Hello Hello and Thank you for listening to the NOMT podcast! I am your host Edith Ivhay Rosenblat!
I have been moving around this good country and recently I had the pleasure of traveling to Portland Oregon to see my family. I used my Sister in laws office to edit the last episode and record this one. Thank you to my family for taking me to see the sights of Portland and treating me with such kindness while I was there. I went to Silver Falls State Park which was like a fairy tale. Everything was so wet and green and there was a tree stump there which actually look like it was a fairy condo. It even had small spider webs formed like small hammocks on the side of the tree trunk. While I was in Portland I was able to get a podcast tattoo on my left arm. Thank you to Dead Gods tattoo in Willamette Falls Drive and to Daniel for making something so beautiful I am truly grateful.

We are pulling questions from the beloved thread~reddit Am I the Asshole?
I mean really isn’t it a trap? We all react to behaviors from people. Are we really an asshole? In this particular episode it may feel like we are going after mothers and we are absolutely not. Mothers are imperfect reactive creatures and have loads of unaddressed Emotional issues they don’t want to tackle at this late stage of the game I absolutely get it.
The topics tonight are so much fun. Hang out with us as we ask the question
Am I the asshole?
Thank you for listening

Happy New Year! A happiest of new year to all the listeners of the Naked onion mystery tours podcast! and this is season 3 episode 1! How exciting! I am truly excited and honored to be here.

Mel the podcastor is the host producer of past level 50 podcast she started this podcast to bring awareness to woman there is a life past 50! and Kitty Rebellion is a super hero for women posting motivational videos on tik tok and helping women wake up from the patriarchy. Artificial Avocado or Justin Thyme! an up and coming modern artist who takes his drawings and does them all digitaly. I have one of his creations in my closet! Freekbase a celebrity on Tik TOk and the base King of funk! NOMT has subscribed to his chanel and has seen his show live. Its truly and amazing event. Adam Avitable podcastor comedian and lover of bacon and Astro Poet a woman who writes poetry which takes you back in time when things were much less complicated (a book is in the works)and Mary Catherine Mcdonald author of unbroken the trauma response is real! We ended the year with Mary Catherine I bought the book so I could do research for the episode and it was everything a book about trauma should be. It evokes healing and new ways of expression which are less toxic than the old coping mechanisms we were taught as children.
Its been an amazing year. We the cast couldn't have done with without our listeners. We have big plans to for the podcast and for women... such big plans...
However if I have learned anything from this long journey its get rid of the expectations. I mean it. When I call a guest for the show I don't have any expectations of them. I wait for a response. If I get one fabulous and if I don't its all good I move on to the next big thing whatever it is. I am patient and the universe is so good. I have notice it all happens for a reason. If I don't get what I want then it isn't really what I need.
If it helps there are no new years resolutions this year. There are only manifesting it into reality. I don't set goals anymore. I write it down and I will get to it. That diet is just me not overeating at every meal. I eat a ton of vegetables and its really hard to quit sugar so I do my best. Thats it! No beating myself up or others based on unrealistic expectations set up by the media and men.
So again happy new year!!! and thank you again for being the best part of the Naked Onion Mystery Tours Podcast!
I wanted to edit this episode on Christmas day, the holiday to anyone experiencing trauma recycles all the fears. Of all holidays this is the one which seems to recylcle feeling from family and usually its hard to ignore you know due to all the years of exposure. The long term effects of the complaining of parents or siblings on how you haven't done enough for them, the list is long.
Tonight’s guest is Mary Catherine McDonald PHD her tital is -MCPHD on tik tok. When you hear the title of the book “Unbroken” the trauma response is never wrong.
I have had therapy since I was 9 years old on and off until about a year ago. This book puts years of therapy into a chapter. Every page so welcoming to me. I drank in every word and let out a loud exhale at the end of every chapter.
The title itself gave me pause. I bought the book on audible throu prime. It was easy I paid 14.95 a month for audible on Amazon and I can listen to all the books.
Unbroken the trauma response is real- I couldn’t stop listening soaking in every word and finally coming to a lot of understanding about my trauma and the trouble 👿I have had in the past with others. The codependency always making assumptions about the reactions of others based on my past.
I learned about the tiny little joys (the newest book being written as we record this episode) all the small gifts given to me daily. Focusing on the joys helps me stay in a loving focus instead of suffering all the time and not being able to turn off my brain. Turning my perspective 390 degrees.
If you are living in trauma every day and feeling activated with anxiety most days and nights think about this book. The healing hand up one gets from the pages is just in time. Create the desire for peace in your body so you have peace in your home.
As always thank you for listening to N@ked Onion Mystery Tours Podcast!
And happy Holidays!
