Happy Tuesday!! This week Natalie winds down and does a solo episode. She is freshly off a busy weekend of her girlfriends birthday, Passover, Easter, and double shifts at work which she does a catch up on during the catch up chat with Nat. Then she gets into the topic of what she calls "autopilot" mode in life. This is a concept she has applied in her life since her senior year of high school when trying to balance many things at a time and trying to remain focused on goals when you just want to give up.
