The Power of Posture

This week in our worship series, Psalm 150 provides a wake-up call for the start of a new year.

Worship isn’t passive. It’s embodied.

Not a blank stare… not “waiting until you feel it”… but giving God your whole being—hands lifted, knees bent, voice released, heart fully engaged.

In this message, you’ll hear why your body matters to God, how worship recalibrates your priorities, and why so many believers have unknowingly carried shame or distance in the very place God designed to be an entrance to His presence.

Pastor Grant unpacks the Biblical language of praise—lifting hands, clapping, shouting, dancing, bowing and shows how Scripture calls us into worship that’s not just sung… but lived through posture.

And then it gets even deeper: worship doesn’t just change a room… it can change you.

This message will stir faith for freedom, breakthrough, and healing, especially for anyone who’s felt stuck, numb, overwhelmed, or “out of sync.”

Are ready for a reset? To do something you haven’t done before?

Because when you bring your whole self to God, He meets you there.

The Worshipers God Is Seeking

This week, Pastor Wes kicks off our new series on what it really means to worship. We’ll explore the biblical definition of worship and how it shapes the way we live, work, love, and follow Jesus beyond Sunday mornings.

Jesus tells us we are called to worship in spirit and in truth—with our whole hearts and our everyday lives.

Worship is more than a song.

More than a Sunday moment.

More than what happens when the music starts.

If you’ve ever limited worship to a song set, this message will challenge your perspective and call you into a deeper level of worship with God.

Peace | Christmas 2025

At Christmas, we celebrate more than a moment in history—we celebrate the moment Heaven came to earth. Since the fall in the garden, humanity had waited, longing for redemption, watching for the fulfillment of God’s perfectly appointed time.

The prophecy was spoken:

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” — Isaiah 9:6

The promise was announced:

“Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord.” — Luke 2:10–11

And the promise was fulfilled:

“The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us… full of grace and truth.” — John 1:14

This Christmas, we fix our hearts on the peace that only Christ can bring. Not a temporary peace shaped by circumstances, but a deep and lasting peace rooted in His presence. No matter what is happening in our lives or in the world around us, the Prince of Peace is with us.

“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid.” — John 14:27

May you encounter the peace of Christ this Christmas—a peace that calms anxious hearts, restores weary souls, and reminds us that God is truly with us. 🎄✝️

The Conqueror's Clothes

In our final message of our Ephesians series, we discover the main theme has been redemption. God had a plan before the foundation of the world—through Jesus—to unite what was broken, to form one new people, and to sum up all things under the headship of Christ. That means history is headed somewhere. Creation is headed somewhere. Your life is headed somewhere. And the destiny of the church is not small.

In this message from Ephesians 6:10–20, we walk through the Armor of God—but not as a cute “felt board” lesson. “Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God…”

This isn’t a motivational talk. This is a battle briefing.

Because the enemy isn’t a minor annoyance. He’s not just a little pest hovering around to make your Christian life inconvenient. Scripture says he comes to steal, kill, and destroy. And Paul says plainly: our struggle is real.

Paul isn’t telling you to try harder. He’s telling you to receive strength that isn’t your own.

This is not “grit your teeth and be strong.” It’s be strengthened by the Lord. It’s a posture of surrender, dependence, and spiritual clarity.

The armor isn’t a bunch of separate religious accessories you have to remember to put on every morning like a checklist.

The armor is Christ.

Truth? That’s Jesus.

Righteousness? That’s Jesus.

Peace? That’s Jesus.

Salvation? That’s Jesus.

The Word? That’s Jesus.

Paul’s point is simple and powerful: Put on Christ, and you’ve put on the armor of God.

Not your armor. His.

The armor of the Conqueror.

The armor of the One who already won.

Because yes—Jesus did defeat the enemy at the cross. Colossians says He disarmed rulers and authorities and made a public display of them. The enemy is a defeated foe… but until the final day, he hasn’t conceded. That’s why this still feels like warfare sometimes. The outcome is decided, but the conflict is still active.

And if the Ephesian believers—living in a city saturated with occultism, spiritual darkness, and pagan worship—needed to be reminded they were in a war… then we probably do too.

“The war that’s easiest to lose is the one you don’t know you’re in.”

✅ Your enemy is not people.

Paul says our battle isn’t against flesh and blood. People are not the enemy—even the ones who oppose the faith, misunderstand you, frustrate you, or mock you. Something else is at work. And when you realize that, it changes how you pray, how you respond, and how you stand firm.

✅ The enemy’s schemes are real… but so is God’s strength.

One of the enemy’s favorite tactics is to poison believers with confusion, compromise, and distortion before they ever get deployed into the world. That’s why doctrine matters. Truth matters. Anchoring yourself in Christ matters.

✅ Spiritual warfare isn’t complicated… it’s anchored in Christ.

This message shares a powerful testimony of freedom and healing that didn’t come from a “27-step plan,” a gimmick, or religious theatrics. It came from listening to the Holy Spirit, proclaiming truth, and standing in the authority of Jesus.

The proclamation of the gospel is our most powerful weapon.

Not hype. Not fear. Not drama.

The simple announcement: Jesus is King. He has won. Darkness is on borrowed time. Freedom is available.

🎥 Watch the message. Share it with someone who’s been struggling.

And if you need a fresh dose of courage and clarity for the season you’re in—this one is for you.

Melody Of A Prophet

In this compelling sermon, Pastor David Poole continues our study through Ephesians 5:1-21, challenging us to look past surface-level sin and identify its true root: self-gratification. He argues that true spiritual warfare lies not just in fighting outward temptations, but in turning our focus outward through genuine thanksgiving to God. David illustrates the crucial difference between the false promises of "artificial lights"—the deceptive allure of worldly sin—and the life-giving freedom found in the true Light of Christ. He emphasizes that God's correction is a diagnostic tool meant to heal us, not punish us, and that His grace makes genuine repentance possible. Ultimately, being "filled with the Spirit" means cultivating an intimate relationship with God where we are "making melody with your heart to the Lord"—transforming our deepest confessions and devotion into a song of hope that shines for others.

Don't Grieve. Give Grace.

In this message, Pastor Grant explores Ephesans 4 which is an “in your business” text—one that doesn’t just comfort us, but confronts us.

Paul reminds us that in Christ we’ve been given a new heart and a new self, and now we’re called to actually walk in it.

We are to lay aside lies, bitterness, and to deal with our anger before the sun goes down, to stop taking and start giving, and to refuse to live with a hardened, indifferent heart.

This sermon presses into the why behind all of it: not “because it’s bad,” but because every choice either builds or breaks relationship—with others and with the Holy Spirit who lives in us.

Our words are meant to give grace, our work is meant to bless those in need, and our hearts are meant to stay tender and responsive to God, not calloused by the world.

If you’ve ever felt Scripture exposing your heart, or you sense you’ve been walking more like your old self than your new one, this message will encourage you and guide you to rediscover what it really means to walk with God in everyday life.

Adulting For The Sake Of Unity

What if “adulting” in the Kingdom isn’t about paying bills and doing laundry… but about fighting for unity?

In this week’s message, “Adulting for the Sake of Unity” Pastor Grant explores what it really means to grow up in Christ: to mend fences quickly, to refuse bitterness, and to fiercely preserve the unity we’ve already been given in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Through honest stories, sibling chaos, and real-life moments of reconciliation after 15+ years of hurt, you’ll see how one conversation at the table can change everything—and why it matters so much when we’re going to spend eternity together.

If you’ve ever thought, “I don’t want to fix this yet… they hurt me,” or “I’ll never sit at the table with them again,” this message is an invitation:

👉 to hear Jesus’ prayer, “Make them one,”

👉 to let go of bitterness,

👉 and to step into the kind of unity that can only come from God.

🎥 Watch the full message and ask the Lord, “Where are You inviting me to reconcile?”

Surpassing Knowledge

This week, Pastor Grant Braaten unveils Paul’s audacious prayer in Ephesians 3—a message that reveals the cosmic significance of the Church and the breathtaking intimacy of your life in God.

Paul bows his knee to the Father, not because access is scarce, but because through Christ, we have boldness and confident access to Him. The entire spirit realm is watching you, the redeemed, to understand the multi-faceted wisdom of God.

Jesus didn’t just visit you… He has sent the Spirit so that the Father and He can come and make their permanent home in your heart. The Holy Spirit strengthens you with power so that Christ may literally settle down in you through faith.

"To know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge."

You are no longer relying on your own fickle, self-generated love. You are no longer limited by your earthly father. You are rooted and grounded in the stable, eternal love that exists within the Trinity—the love that was there before time began. You are invited into the eternal dance of the Godhead.

And together we are being filled up to all the fullness of God. 🤯

If you’ve ever felt like your spiritual strength was based on gritting your teeth, or if you need a fresh understanding of who the Father is… this message is for you.

Let it remind you of the supernatural reality you’ve been invited into. 💛

A Dwelling Of God

This week, Pastor Grant unveils Paul’s powerful words in Ephesians 2 — and it’s a message that will shift how you see yourself and what really happens when the church gathers.

Jesus didn’t just forgive us… He tore down the wall, ended the hostility, and made ONE new people. And then he said something breathtaking:

“Through Him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.” (Eph. 2:18)

Access. Not someday. Now.

You are no longer a stranger.

You are no longer on the outside.

You are a citizen of heaven.

You are family.

And together we are being BUILT into a dwelling for God Himself. 🤯

That means when we gather, it’s not “just church.”

He’s actually welcoming us into His presence.

He’s actually favorably disposed toward us.

He’s actually building His temple out of living stones — us.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to crawl into God’s presence, or like everyone else was closer than you… this message is for you.

Let it remind you who you are and where you belong. 💛

Wisdom Revealed

In Ephesians 3, Paul reveals a mystery once hidden for generations — that through Christ, all people are invited into God’s family. Jew and Gentile alike share in the same promise, grace, and glory. What was once a secret has now been made known: the unsearchable riches of Christ are available to everyone.

This passage reminds us that God’s plan is far bigger than our boundaries. It’s about reconciliation, inclusion, and purpose. We are not just recipients of grace we are stewards of it, called to make known the manifold wisdom of God to the world around us.

Join Pastor Jenn as she unpacks how this mystery transforms our understanding of the gospel, our mission, and the confidence we have to approach God — not with fear, but with freedom and boldness through Jesus Christ.

Rich In Mercy

In Ephesians 2, Paul paints a picture of our past – spiritually dead in our sin, separated from God. But then, God, in His rich mercy, made us alive with Christ, not because of anything we did, but because of His incredible love.

Think of a person pleading for mercy in court, asking for leniency despite their wrongs. This is how God extends His mercy to us – we deserve judgment, yet He chooses to forgive and restore us. How does that mercy change us? How does it set us free from the past?

This week Pastor Kim invites you to uncover the depths of God’s mercy and discover how it has the power to transform, heal, and renew!

👉 Watch now to learn why nothing can separate you from God's mercy.

Hostility to Wholeness

Ever notice how the walls we build to keep others out end up becoming our own prison?

In this powerful message, Pastor Ryan shares a deeply personal story about the walls of hostility he built with his father—and the unexpected moment of grace that changed everything.

"These walls that we carry don't just shut others out. They begin to shut life down. They weigh down on our souls. They rob us of joy. They choke out love."

What walls have stood for too long in your life? What relationships have been fractured by hostility? Christ came not just to offer a quick fix, but to tear down every dividing wall and bring His complete peace—His shalom.

In this week's message discover how grace doesn't just excuse our past—it heals it.

What You Already Have

Pastor Grant Braaten argues that many believers live like "spiritual paupers," unaware of the priceless inheritance they already possess in Christ. The sermon focuses on Paul's prayer to close the gap between this truth and the believer's experience.

Key Points of Enlightenment:

See Your Riches: You don't need to get more; you need a spirit of wisdom and revelation to see that you have been blessed with "every spiritual blessing."

Heart Over Intellect: Pray for the "eyes of your heart" to be enlightened, allowing the truth to move beyond mere information and take root in your inner man.

Grasp His Power: Understand the "hyperbolic magnitude" of God's power directed toward you. This is the very same power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him above all authority.

The ultimate encouragement is that the authority Christ holds is shared with the Church. We are called to stop being distracted and live in the victory and authority we already possess.

The Now and Not Yet of Redemption

Do you ever feel a deep groan within you, longing for a day without pain, anxiety, or sin? How secure is your future, really?

Join Pastor Grant Braaten as he continues the series in Ephesians, diving into the profound truth of The Now and Not Yet of Redemption from Ephesians 1:13-14. This message is about living with total assurance!

In this powerful sermon, discover the incredible guarantee you have in Christ, sealed by the Holy Spirit:

The Holy Spirit as Your Guarantee: The Spirit is the "seal" of ownership and the pledge (arabon), or down payment, ensuring you—God's protected cargo—will safely reach your final destination. This deposit is not for God's sake, but for your assurance, as God Himself is the ultimate, most valuable guarantee.

A Foretaste of Heaven: The indwelling Spirit's presence is a foretaste—a brief, but powerful, experience of the nearness, peace, and love of God, which your earthly body can only handle in part. Treasure those moments!

Your Inheritance: The down payment is for your glorious inheritance, which is imperishable, unfading, and ultimately God Himself.

The Stages of Redemption: Understand the three stages of God’s work in your life: Justification (saved from sin's penalty), Sanctification (being saved from sin's power), and Glorification (will be saved from sin's very presence).

The Redemption of Your Body: The "not yet" redemption points to the glorious day when your physical body will be transformed to be like Jesus' resurrected body—a redeemed existence, not an escape from the body.

Be assured of your salvation! This message will challenge you to steward the life God has bought with a price until the day of full redemption.
