Children are just innocent little things, they have no concept of shame or judgment to others. It's impossible not to love them sometimes. This week's episode feels like a big hug! We tend to treat ourselves more harshly than we treat other people, but we need to keep in mind that we are all still learning. Adults are just large children, still trying to figure things out, and we have to realize that is normal! Everyone is going through it, and no one is perfect. Love yourself like you would love your son or daughter, and remember that God's love for you is infinite.
