Mini Series Ep #1: This week I’m celebrating my three good things: moving my body regularly, living the life I once dreamed of, and hitting 101 days alcohol-free. Letting go of alcohol has brought clarity, better sleep, more energy, and some fun mocktail moments.
Legend is thriving after a tough year, and therapy plus mindset work has changed everything. I’ve been consistent with fitness - Pilates, walks, workouts, and playing outside together.
My relationship is growing in the best ways. Couples therapy has made us stronger, we’re still dating each other, and we just had a magical 11/11 anniversary getaway.
Co-parenting is peaceful and healthy, money coaching is thriving with $130K+ in client wins, and my friendships have shifted in ways that made space for what’s aligned.
Work is flexible, investments passed $200K, and I’m five years debt-free. Quiet battles taught me to move with kindness and keep loving myself first. Ending with a special OTH moment!

Ep #21: Today I sit down to talk about what I've learned and had reiterated to me during these past couple months of consistent therapy. People tend to think something has to be wrong with you in order to go to therapy when in reality, life happens to everyone and therapy helps you navigate all that you deal with on a daily basis. We all have trauma and things we could work on, but that doesn't mean there aren't other topics we could be supported on. I share my experience and perspective on a few different topics in hopes to encourage someone else to also explore therapy or take something from what I learned.
