Today my guest is Ludovic Martin, a real Parisian (yes it’s quite rare!) born in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
Ludovic did not strictly speaking completely change his life. Ludovic remained wise! But he is like many of us, he was bored in his job, after a few years there was no longer the excitement of the beginning. He says it very well himself “when your only motivation is to make your colleagues laugh, there is a problem”. So Ludovic decided to launch a company in his field of activity: recruitment but with a completely new idea: finding work for all those who arrive in France without speaking French, a real challenge! Mister Bilingue is an online recruitment site for bilinguals and multilingual people. Ludovic will tell us that being an entrepreneur is a lifelong quest, you sleep less at night, you are stressed but what a joy to be proud of yourself! He thought that “he would have to work at Mc Donald’s to earn a living at first” but didn’t need it! In not even 3 years his Mister Bilingue is a profitable company! Ludovic, who is only 33 years old, will tell us that everything is possible and that even if we don’t change our lives radically, a new world is to explore.
