One Girl, Too Much is for women who have ever felt too different, too broken or too much. Hi, I am your host Jessica Ndenda, A mum of 6, Owner of 4 businesses and notorious for learning to do life differently surrounded by chaos, colour and laughter. For years, I thought being “too much” was a flaw. From high school to adulthood, money to motherhood, health to CEO life, I carried the story that something about me was broken; nothing worked for her like it did for other girls. After going through a process of learning how to "girl" differently, I started sharing on social media to role model another way of doing motherhood, business and life, and was met with an uprising of people who felt the same. So, this podcast is me, one girl, who is proudly too much, sharing the raw lessons, messy truths, and hard-won wins of learning to live, lead, and girl on my own terms.
