That's All Folks! This is my last One Hand Speaks storytelling podcast. Many thanks to everyone who has listened and supported me over the years. I hope I at least made you smile, laugh, and contemplate.

The future is wide open. As I record this podcast, this is how I see the path forward for my life.

My life has changed a lot in the past 6 years. As I look forward into the great unknown of my life, I am excited to see how my life will unfold.

As I age, think about retirement, and consider what my life will look like after my mother passes, I have a deep and sincere desire to own less.

It is that time... I am contemplating my path to retirement. With all the government changes regarding federal employees in 2025, the Government Shutdown, and being very close to a full retirement with 27 years of service completed, I am ready. 

I am working to getting Citizenship by Decent in Italy or Mexico. Both if possible.

After almost 9 years of sharing and broadcasting the One Hands Speaks storytelling podcast, I will be bringing it to a close before 2025 comes to an end. I am not really sure how many podcasts I have left or when I will stop. But I can say is...  There will only be a small handful of podcasts after this one.

For the past 15 months, I have been teaching Buddhism to inmates in a prison.

I love my 2004 video iPod. I still have it and it works like a champ.

Today I had an experience that I enjoy regarding the sun and heat. I love the heat. And this is just a short story of one of my favorite  first-of-the-year, "I love the heat" experiences.

I will be leaving soon for my fifth visit and pilgrimage to Nepal. This is what I have to say.

Last year during my fourth visit and pilgrimage to Nepal, I took 5 days to pilgrimage in Bhutan. At that time I had been wanting to visit the Tiger's Nest Monastery for over eighteen years. In 2024 I made it happen.
