I have Parkinsons and am heartily sick and tired of the ignorance surrounding this illness. My own mothers first reaction on being told about it, was the statement l have heard so many times since, well it wont kill you. Let me tell you that it will. It is an appalling condition, shrouded by an unbelievable ignorance from the general public. My podcast aims to blow away the myths and the niceties about this horrendous disease

Myth one suitably shattered l hope. Please excuse the voice, l was not drunk when recording this, l have often been told what a lovely voice l have. That too has now been taken from me by this most cruel of conditions
