Episode 2 : “Grieving with Gratitude” allows us to see grief differently. Although when we think of grief, we think of the dark clouds that cast shadows over us.
But what I would like you to do is understand that in your grief, you can also be thankful. Be thankful of the memories, as you come to accept your circumstances. With the holidays approaching it’s vital to be intentionally sensitive to anyone who is grieving/healing during this season. This journey through grief and gratitude can lead to significant personal growth, enabling individuals to adapt, evolve, and find new strength. ✨🙏🏽💕

Welcome to your weekly dose of Hope & Healing w/ me, Clifford Mack ✨
This new weekly blog focuses on fostering hope and healing for women seeking community. This initiative aligns with the podcast's mission of educating and healing through authentic conversations and personal stories, emphasizing self-compassion and women's empowerment.
Remember, healing is not linear. Cry it out, release it, and do your best to show up for yourself in the midst of the shift. You’re NOT alone. Your mind will heal when your heart does. But it takes time. ❤️🩹
I’m so happy you’re here.
Healing in Real-time, in Real life 💓

"Listen, as I recite one of the most iconic speeches of American History. At the 1851 Women’s Rights Convention held in Akron, Ohio, Sojourner Truth delivered what is now recognized as one of the most famous abolitionist and women’s rights speeches in American history, “Ain’t I a Woman?” She continued to speak out for the rights of African Americans and women during and after the Civil War.
Ladies and Gentleman, in honor of Women's History Month- I give you... Sojourner Truth's 'Ain't I A Woman?
Enjoy!"
Walking into 2025 Blessed By Association , means more to me than ever before! The concept of being “Blessed by Association” refers to the joy and fulfillment one experiences when witnessing the success, happiness, or blessings of those around them. This idea is often rooted in the belief that our connections with others can enhance our own lives, providing a sense of community and shared joy. I trust that this pod will motivate and encourage you, to celebrate those around you!

There are so many amazing things we can unpack here, like this quote from the article. "And so for the longest time, behind a facade of fake smiles, you have inadvertently betrayed yourself for the purpose of pleasing everyone else." Reminds me so much of that classic saying. But now with a whole new outlook on life. It's finally time to continue to put one foot in front of the other and press on, and pushing through the BS that life throws at Us! I'm in this fight with you...Don't Turn Around, Your Not Going That Way!
