When you’re an early-stage startup, and especially a first-time founder, there’s going to be one saying you’ll hear more than anything while fundraising. The dreaded quote “it’s too early” unquote. It’s a bit of a generic reply that investors will give you, that of course is if you’re lucky to get any response at all. But why do investors say, or at least think this so often?
