At least 16 people have been shot dead and another 40 are left hospitalised after two gunmen targeted Australia's Jewish community at Bondi Beach in Sydney. Two former heads of the UK Special Forces buried evidence of alleged war crimes by the SAS in Afghanistan, according to evidence given by a high-ranking officer to a public inquiry.
