"Why isn't anyone talking about this?"
That's the question that sat with Richard and Lee for years... so they started a podcast (Richly Told) to talk about it all themselves!
In this episode, we get into all the stuff we usually hide: the feeling of being a "terrible employee," the courage it takes to talk about mental health, and that moment of finally admitting you might need to ask for help (and what happens when you're a total sceptic about it).
