To simplify life, there is love in there is fear. You choose. I love this saying and I can’t remember who said this, maybe I read it in a Wayne Dyer book? It goes like this; “fear knocked on the door, love answered and no one was there”.

Sometimes in life we will never know the reason. Accepting what is.

Many people grieve the loss of loved ones around the holidays because they aren’t here with us to celebrate. We are gifts on loan from above. Embrace the thoughts, the words, the memories, the treasures we find in others that we love. This is for anyone who grieves this holiday season. You’re not alone. Hold on to the memories that make your heart smile. These words were inspired by the recent loss of tWitch. I never knew him but I feel the loss that others feel because he is gone. Christmas is a wonderful time of year for most people. It’s my favorite holiday! However, for others sometimes it’s filled will overwhelming grief from past losses. Be gentle, be kind to yourself and others during this time. We never know what people are going through. Spread peace & joy! The world could really use it!

Be Thankful for your past connections. May you see a small sign to get you through the holidays. Like Pennie’s from heaven or a random butterfly, or a familiar look in some stranger’s eye.

November is National Hospice & Palliative Care month. Don’t leave this life with anything unsaid. Love your family and friends no matter what.
